The MLD Family embodies the Compassion emphasis of the MLD Foundation. This is where families and other people affected by MLD meet to share their ups, downs, and challenges. Be it discussion groups, Family Conferences, other Gatherings, or even the MLD Family Personal Pages, the MLD family is where you can come for support, encouragement, information, and simply to find that you are not on this journey alone.

Family Conferences and Gatherings ... Family Conferences and Gatherings are where you can meet other families face-to-face, including their MLD affected children or spouse. At Family Conferences there are research and therapy updates from some of the world's premiere scientists and doctors. Our last conference was October 2007 in Boston, MA.
